TERUEL
Founded in 1990, the Interface Company has developed a language of its own by bringing together three major entities: text, music and movement that are beautifully combined to create a unique artistic universe. Teruel is inspired from Rhone Saga, Pierre Imhasly’s writing on bullfighting. Using a series of metaphors, the text tells us about Woman’s capacity to express love, sensuality and sexuality. The performance combines music with dancing and video projections and manages to create a universe made up of two realities : our reality and that of the others, just like in a bullfight where fighting is one side of reality and death and its interpretation is another. Music, dancing, video projections, scenography and stage effects have all come together in an attempt to create an artistic form that touches our hearts.
