Flexitoon is a multi-award winning puppet company that has for over 30 years designed, built and performed puppets and marionettes in television, film and on stage. HAMLIN is a modern retelling of the classic telling-the-truth tale, THE PIED PIPER OF HAMLIN.  It features a colorful troupe of Flexitoon puppets, marionettes, shadows and special effects. Our cast of characters include a handicapped little girl named Bree who comes to the rescue; her father is the put-out-of-business-by-rats cheese maker, Monsieur Roquefort; CooCoo Roacha is the Jiminy Cricket-style roach who is also the Piper’s manager. The Piper himself is a cat.  There are rats galore, and the story is rich with artistry, comedy and positive messages.  Flexitoon represented America with HAMLIN when we opened the Global Festival of Puppet Arts in Taiwan.
